This camper is heated and cooled and has hot water as well. New renovated with fresh paint from top to bottom. New vinyl blank flooring, light fixtures, new sofa couch and dinette with custom dining table. Modern farmhouse updates made to the bathroom, and new bedding for the available three beds. Enjoy the Keurig with included coffee K-cups, as well as the light snacks. Enjoy the included fire pit near the camper and Noah's ark play set, which includes a rock wall and large sand box. Access to firewood, fire starters, and lighters available. Starters and lighters will be in the cabinets above the dinette. Kitchen is fully stocked for guests and includes a gas stove, microwave, and electric skillet that can be used outside on the wire shelf. Two camping chairs will be available for outside use.
