Hi!! Welcome to my home, "Nusa". A brand new home located in Romana del Oeste (near Caleta Beach), La Romana, Dominican Republic. A very clean and stylish property with great amenities like pool, social area, dominoes table and more! Near Caleta Beach, perfect to enjoy the beautiful weather at La Romana. Have fun with the whole family at this stylish place. The space The house has 3 comfortable bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms. Modern style fully equipped kitchen with a dining area and living room. Also, a very stylish and relaxing studio. Main Room: Incredible master bedroom with a king size bed it's own bathroom and very spacious walk-in-closet. It has its own air conditioning unit, Two night stands with lamps and a dresser. Very modern and stylish room! Also, with a high efficient fan-lamp with integrated bluetooth. Second Room: Outstanding secondary room with a queen size bed, spacious closet and air conditioning unit. Bathroom is shared with third room. Two night stands with lamps and a dresser. Also, with a high efficient fan-lamp with integrated bluetooth and a TV. Third Room: Great third room with two twin beds, spacious closet and a dresser, two night stands with lamps. Also, with a high efficient fan-lamp with integrated bluetooth and a TV. Studio Area: Stylish studio with a TV to spend some time while making some delicious meals! Social Area: 1/2 half bathroom, pool, gazebo, chaise lounges. Other things to note During your stay we will be coming in to maintain the villa. Cleaning touch up and give Maintanence to the jacuzzi pool. **ELECTRICITY***: Remember to please turn off the lights, fans and air conditioners when you are not at the property. PLEASE, DO NOT set the air conditioning temperature below 20°C or 70°F * Note: As part of maintenance, our Nusa house has scheduled cleaning and maintenance of the pool jacuzzi, the entire social area and around the house on Monday, Wednesday and Friday between the hours of 10:00 am - 2:00 pm. It is done by our staff. * Guest access We conduct a personalized check-in to go over the property, the functionality of everything and more important, to answer any questions that you might have. Check-ins begins at 4:00pm.
