Welcome to our recently renovated vacation condo nestled at the base of the majestic Tetons and adjacent to the renowned Grand Targhee Resort. In August 2022, we undertook a complete transformation to ensure that your stay in this incredible mountainous region is as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. Welcome to Your Mountain Retreat at the Base of the Tetons Experience comfort and convenience in our recently renovated upstairs condo, perfectly located at the base of the stunning Teton Range and just minutes from Grand Targhee Resort. This modern, thoughtfully updated unit underwent a complete transformation recently to ensure a relaxing, elevated stay in the mountains—we've also just added a king-size adjustable bed in the primary suite and two window AC units in the bedrooms for those warmer summer days as well. LIVING AREA Step into the stylish living area, where you’ll find plush carpeting, a large-screen TV, and plenty of space to unwind. Unlike many units in Teton Creek Resort, which offer only smaller TVs and minimal seating, this condo delivers both comfort and upgraded amenities throughout. PRIMARY BEDROOM The primary bedroom now features a luxurious king bed, with independent adjustability on each side—ideal for reading, lounging, or finding your perfect sleep position. A second large TV adds a touch of in-room entertainment. GUEST SUITE In the guest suite, you’ll find two queen beds, providing comfortable accommodations for up to four additional guests. To make summer stays even more enjoyable, the condo is now equipped with two window air conditioning units—one in each bedroom—helping keep things cool and comfortable after a day in the sun. Effortless Access to Adventure Just outside the condo is one of the few shuttle stops servicing Grand Targhee Resort. Skip the parking hassle—grab your gear, walk out the door, and hop on the shuttle that takes you straight to the plaza. In the evenings, the shuttle even offers a short route into town, perfect for dinner or drinks without the drive. Yet, we do have a team available 24/7 for any urgent needs. =>Please note that there is no elevator access at Teton Creek Resort. Yet, we are located as close to the parking lot as possible and are the first unit at the top of the stairs making for easy in and out with your bags and luggage. =>Hot tubs are shared community hot tubs, and there are three of them for guests to enjoy. Included with your stay: the property manager Stay Protection Travel with peace of mind knowing your stay includes coverage for accidental damage. We believe your time here should be relaxed, comfortable, and worry-free. In general, please treat our home as if it were your own. Please be respectful of our rules, the neighbors, and our local community here at the base of the Tetons. :: Teton Creek Resort policy requires that the minimum age of the primary renter is twenty-five (25) years of age. :: The number of people at the property should not exceed the maximum sleeping capacity. :: Quiet Hours are from 9 pm to 8 am – please be respectful to our neighbors. :: NO EVENTS ALLOWED (No parties, large gatherings, weddings, etc.). :: NO SMOKING or VAPING in the home or on the decks. Teton Creek Resort is a No Smoking Complex – No Smoking is allowed inside all units, on unit patios, and throughout all common areas – Smoking is only allowed in the designated outdoor Smoking Area, adjacent to the Bannock Building parking area. :: Please drive slowly in our neighborhood in respect of children, pets, and wildlife. :: Maximum of two (2) licensed vehicles in the parking area. :: No riding snow machines, dirt bikes, or ATVs in the subdivision or at the rental property. :: Please do not burn candles or incense in the home when visiting. :: No fireworks on the premises. :: Keep all main entry doors locked when not occupied. We’ve set out these house rules so that every guest visiting our property has a safe, secure and, most importantly, fun stay at our place. Compliance with these rules is essential for every member in your group. We reserve the right to evict any guests or visitors from the property who refuse to follow these house rules with no refund given. Fines will apply for violations including but not limited to: leaving garbage in house or litter on grounds, failure to disclose or clean up after pets, smoking in house or garage, failure to follow house rules and respect posted signs, failure to follow check-out procedure, mistreatment of hot tub, or violations of local laws. Minimum $500 fine for: smoking/vaping/marijuana in non-designated area, violation of house rules, posted signs, laws, or failure to vacate at check-out time.
