The space Set right by the forest, the climate here is always pleasant and the best way to spend your mornings here would be by the serene balcony, with a hot brew as the clean Coorg air consumes your soul. On rainy days, get in touch with nature & sink your toes into the wet lawn as you throw some scrumptious delicacies on the barbecue with a tall glass of wine on the side. Spend your summers as you soak the sun with a cup of iced tea, reading your favourite book in a quiet nook. With windows surrounding the entire house, the view and the pleasant weather never quite leave you. When you’re ready to head, there are treks, trails, restaurants that serve mouth-watering South Indian food and a multitude of tourist attractions waiting for you, just a drive away. Pets are welcome! The Space: BEDROOMS - Decked with wooden interiors and comfortable furnishing, there are 3 bedrooms - 1 on the ground floor and 2 on the first floor. - Each of these rooms is decked with a king-sized bed, AC, a wardrobe, an extra mattress, and internet dongle access. - Built like cosy dens, the bedrooms overlook a beautiful verdant view of the Coorg forests that is just serene and unbeatable. - All the rooms are equipped with ensuite bathrooms. BATHROOMS - There are 3 ensuite bathrooms and 1 powder room, in the lawn area - All bathrooms have geysers, towels and basic toiletries. COMMON AREAS - Walk through the wooden entryway and you will be welcomed by the quaint living room on the ground floor. - Resembling a sanctuary in the middle of the woods, this home is cosy and offers comfortable sofa-style seating, this room can easily accommodate up to 9 people. - This room is equipped with a TV, internet dongle access, and a fully functional music system. - There is a separate dining room that can accommodate up to 9 people. - There is an expansive lawn where guests can meditate, and play around. - Relax with a bonfire lit up as you soak your eyes in verdancy and greenery. KITCHEN - Guests can access the kitchen for reheating purposes only. - It is equipped with a microwave, water-purifier, crockery and cutlery. FOOD - Breakfast is complimentary. - All meals can be provided by the in-house cook at an additional charge, on an a la carte basis. - Consumption of non-vegetarian food is not allowed. Guest access The guests have access to the entire villa except for the kitchen. In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, guests may have restricted access to any shared amenities. Other things to note STAFF ACCOMMODATION We can provide accommodation for your personal staff at an additional cost of Rs. 1000 per person. ACTIVITIES Within the property, guests can enjoy sipping a hot cup of coffee by the beautiful balcony. Take a peaceful walk near the coffee trails and embrace its beauty. They can also request for a bonfire or barbeque to be lit up. Guests can also go on the ever-famous Kundabetta trek which starts right next to the property. ADD-ON SERVICES - The bonfire can be lit at an additional cost. - Guests can access the barbeque kit at an additional cost. *Prices may vary subject to availability and peak season rates. HOME TRUTHS While we do promise you a welcoming home and a great stay, here are a few things we’d like to mention so as to ensure there are no unpleasant surprises later! - This is not a wheelchair-friendly property. - Pets are welcome here at an additional charge of Rs. 750. - In case of a power outage, the generator can support lights, fans and essential appliances for up to 8 hours. - Consumption of non-vegetarian food is not allowed. - All mobile networks work fairly well here. - Please be mindful and keep noise to a minimum after 11 PM. - There is a CCTV camera that captures the external and common areas. - The caretaker stays on the premises of the same property. - Guests can stay connected with complimentary Airtle dongle.
