This guest house is in the back yard of Historic West End, where you can walk to anything you desire including restaurants, breweries, the train, grocery store, CVS, The Atlanta Beltline walking trails, and more. The Yard House is fully fenced in with a private alley access, you can enjoy the private patio, socialize in the tiny great room, or be a kid again in the short loft. Why not go for a walk to explore West End? Parking is not directly in front of the guest house, it is around the corner. The space This is a guest house / (ADU)Accessory dwelling unit in the back yard with a one wall kitchenette (no stove), living room, full bathroom with walk in shower, one bedroom on the main floor, and a sleeping loft with ladder access that is 5’7” max at the center of the loft roof (if you are taller than 5’6” you will have to bend over the whole time in the loft). The Yard House is accessed by a very short alleyway that looks like a brick driveway between houses & around the corner from ample free overnight street parking. You will not be able to see your vehicle from the ADU. The patio is a great place to sit and enjoy the weather but there is absolutely no smoking on the property anywhere. Guest access You will have access to the entire guest house and outdoor side patio. The area is fully fenced in with a 6’ wooden privacy fence to make you feel secure and private. Other things to note We have a friendly large dog named Monte Carlo that will periodically occupy the yard which separates the main house from the guest house. He won’t bother you but you might hear him. While you are outside we would like to note that there is no smoking.
