The space This historic duplex is an absolute dream home and you’ll want to stay forever in all the over the top coziness that comes along with it. Every single room hugs you and is the perfect place to curl up with a good book or TV show and a coffee or wine underneath a fluffy blanket. Truly, you’ll want to drink your morning coffee and nighttime cocktail in a different room each day. As fantastic as the city of Memphis is with so much to see and eat (all the best places right around the corner by the way), it’ll be difficult to tear yourself away from the comfort and ambiance of this home. Every room is unique and cozy with so much old home charm. There are so many rooms with the most adorable nooks and crannies to enjoy time with friends and family. A fully stocked chef’s kitchen with a beautiful selection of dishes, perfect for meals to serve in the absolutely stunning dining room. The breakfast room is another cozy nook, perfect for dining or could even be used as a designated work space for office work. The outdoor space is an extra comfy screened in porch with a daybed for lounging, French bistro table for dining, and fire pit for chilly nights. The upstairs has three very large bedrooms with soft luxury style bedding, a large TV in each room, and plenty of space to hang and store clothing/luggage. Bedroom 1 has a king bed and full daybed with a twin trundle pullout, bedroom 2 has a king bed, and bedroom 3 has a king bed with it’s own bathroom. Bedroom 1 and 2 share a “Jack and Jill” bathroom. Other amenities include keyless entry, office space, full laundry room with washer/dryer, dishwasher, smart TVs, high-speed internet. A very short drive to Overton Square, Cooper Young, The Memphis Zoo, Overton Park, and downtown. It’s truly in the middle of all of best entertainment districts in the city. A quick Uber drive, a bike rental, a scooter rental, or just jump in your own car and you can be anywhere very quickly! Guest access Guests have full access to the home including private side entrance, adorable and relaxing screened in porch with a ceiling fan and fire pit, and washer/dryer full laundry room. Please note, our home is a historic duplex with zero shared space aside from the driveway, where the entry point is located for Chateau Guest House.
