Description
First, we are a Whitewater rafting company, not a campground. Our group-style camping area is great for small groups of people or small twosomes, too. We have a total of 4 spots, #1 is our largest spot and suitable for two large, or three small tents, #2 and #3 are suitable for two average-sized tents, and #4 is a small tent spot only. Camp spots are close to each other, so not a lot of "Wild forest camping" here. Please be aware that there is some traffic and train noise here. Hot showers too The space WE DO HAVE MORE SPOTS AVAILABLE - PLEASE CONTACT US DIRECTLY! We refer to it as urban camping. Please be aware that there is some traffic noise here, as we are close to Highway 2. Weekend camping is limited, and you may hear the occasional train whistle. WiFi and fire pit included as well as on-site port-a-potties. Power is available to your tent spot - please bring an extension cord. There is a large communal fire pit but no individual campfire pit, with the option of bringing a propane stand-alone fire pit. Small fires only occur in June, and the fire ban will start on July 1st due to wildfire concerns. No smoking and children are OK as long as they are kept under control and continuously monitored. Our camping area is small and does NOT have grass, but the area has fresh gravel. Please be ready to be respectful of our neighbors and other campers by keeping your music to a low-to-medium volume. Please bring a photo ID and a credit card to complete our camper registration form. In addition, we are a river rafting company, so we may not have anyone present when you show up - don't worry, we are probably on the river and will be back soon! Hot, outdoor showers are available to everyone. *** Please message before booking to ensure we are a good match*** Spots sell out fast on the weekends! Guest access Access to the camping area includes the firepit area, picnic area, hammocks, river access, restrooms, handwash station, and private parking area. Other things to note Please remember that we are a fully functional whitewater rafting company. We run trips on the Wenatchee River daily from April through August, with weekends being hectic. We ask that children be monitored and that excessive alcohol consumption be avoided. We try to limit pets, as some guests who come rafting are afraid of dogs. If you must bring a pet, please make sure they are on a leash, picked up after, and closely monitored.
