Amazing sunny apartment by the sea...

Beautiful, fully renovated apartment for rent, with incredible views and all amenities. Very bright, quiet and in an unbeatable location. The apartment is on the third floor without an elevator located in the middle of nature and above the sea from which you can feel and enjoy sunsets, the Cantabrian Sea, the sound of the sea waves, the green mountains and go surfing walking and changing from home to several spots with all the comforts of a home made and designed with great care and affection. The space The home is completely renovated with top quality materials and distributed as follows: Through the access door we find a hall that is connected to the living room, an incredible terrace and a large and bright kitchen; giving all these rooms an incredible spaciousness, views and brightness, being able to see the Cantabrian Sea, the green so characteristic of our mountains, various beaches and Sunset from almost any point of the room. In the living room we are greeted by a real tree covering the central column, we have a comfortable sofa bed and a nice table for up to eight diners. The terrace is one of the most beautiful rooms in the house with a large glass window that opens completely, giving you the possibility and the feeling of being in the middle of nature and above the sea but with the comfort of home; having a drink, reading, eating or just sitting and observing from that place is simply magical. The kitchen is fully equipped with quiet and high-quality utensils and appliances (Liebherr, Miele, Bosch, etc.). It is spacious, bright and connected to the other three rooms so that even if you are cooking you can continue to interact with your family and friends. The master bedroom has a 160x190 bed, space to store clothes and belongings, and a private bathroom with a bathtub. From the bed you have incredible views of the aforementioned beaches, sea, mountains and sunsets; the days of good weather are very beautiful but being able to enjoy a storm at sea from the warmth of home, or bathing or sleeping with the noise of the waves rocking you is unparalleled. In the central room we have two single beds of 90x200, a very large closet where I also provide recreational material, a nice work or study table and two surfboards that I give for the enjoyment of the guests. On the way to the third room we have a fully renovated and complete bathroom that is accessed from the main hall. And last but not least, it's my favorite room, we have the room that faces the NE. There we have a 140x200 bed, a large closet and storage area under the bed, and different and very nice views of the cliff, sea and even on days of strong waves you can see part of the breakwater of the famous Meñakoz surf spot. The house was completely renovated, rebuilt and decorated with great care, taste and affection; having been and being my home also for seasons and trying to always give it a lot of soul and authenticity. Every year I continue to improve and decorate it with greater care, care and detail; so that certain decoration, mirrors and paintings may vary slightly. We have large gardens that are constantly cared for, a large swimming pool where there is the possibility of swimming and another for children (open from June to September both included), free private parking for residents of the development (very valued in summer when it is very difficult to park and you have to pay for it, however, certain hot days in July and August at certain times can be a little full and you have to be a little more skilled), tennis courts, basketball, football, bar restaurant... There really is everything to be able to park the car, turn off the mobile and be able to enjoy the beaches, the presence and nature without stress.
