Warm home in the countryside

A quiet place to work and recharge in the countryside. Fast WIFI. Acres of walking in the woods. The property is 30 minutes or less to Dreams Park through the back roads and 40 if you take the county roads. The space The house is set back from the road in a small dip. It was once my grandfather’s saw mill, but was converted to a house in the 1960s. Our family own the forest around it, which include a portion of the Charlotte River you can walk to Guest access The entire outdoors is available to use, including the porch. Access to the porch is through the outside, since half the house is closed for our personal use (when we are not renting). Other things to note There are stairs into the house but no stairs inside the house
