This spacious two-story home perfect for groups features flexible bedroom setups, a fully equipped kitchen, dining room, fenced backyard, and parking for up to 4 vehicles. Base pricing is competitive for small groups $15/guest per night for more than 2 guests. Close to golf courses, many family spots, restaurants, and 16 miles from Road America. The space 1st room has two configuration options being either 1 King Bed or 2 Twin Beds. 2nd room can be either 1 King Bed or 2 Twin Beds. 3rd Room has 1 Queen Bed & attached is an office. Living room has 2 convertible chairs that can turn into 2 twin beds. Large couch with Ottoman as well. Guest access Guests have access to pretty much the whole home. 1st floor you will find the kitchen, breakfast nook, dining room, & living room. 2nd floor has 3 bedrooms all with plenty of closet space. 1 full bathroom & a small office. In the basement you have access to the washer & dryer & a half bathroom. There’s access to the illuminated back yard which is fully fenced in able to accommodate smaller pets as well. There is a propane fire-pit there accompanied with a few chairs also in the back yard. Contact host if there’s a need for additional tables, chairs, charcoal, or propane. There are 2 four person tables & chairs and also 2 grills (either charcoal or propane) available when requested. It’s a corner house which offers plenty of street parking on most days! Driveway is large enough for most boats, RV’s, trailers, & should easily fits 4 automobiles. Garage is currently unavailable for parking.
