Room in center with terrace and beautiful garden

I've just bought this 3 room apartment in Zagreb city center. Old but cosy. :) It is simply too big for me and I would like to sublet a room or two for longer period. The apt is on a 3rd and last floor in a small building with beautiful big garden and has a nice big terrace. It is one minute walk from tram station on Slovenska ulica. 5 min by tram to the main square. Many shops near by. I have a cat, just so you know. :)
