The space In our house you should find all the basic things you need including towels soaps and shampoos dishwashing soap sponges and brushes. plates bowls tableware. basic cooking cooking pots, Pizza Pan, roasting pan, oven mittens oven pads, food bowls mixing bowls, tongs for barbecue, three types of outdoor fire, charcoal with charcoal barbecue, propane BBQ, fire pit with some firewood to burn. you will also find clothes washing soap dryer sheets. There are outdoor chairs available for the barbecue. Outdoor table is available on request. Guest access The entire space is available to guests including the backyard and front yard. Smoking is not allowed in the house but may be done on either the front porch or back porch. we just ask that you kindly remember to field dress your cigarette butts, and to please do not toss them in the yard or in the landscaping. Other things to note All the rooms have ceiling light fan combination which are operated through pull strings or pull chains, just gently pull either chain to obtain the desired effect. There are two outdoor water spigots for the garden hose in case you need access to outdoor water each is located on either the east or west side of the house, there is also a 50 ft garden hose available. The house has a large AC heat pump in the dining room which is the first room you enter in the summertime it will cool the house and then the winter time it will keep it warm it is operated through a remote and please look at the mode and pick the proper setting for the season. it also has a natural gas wall heater with 30,000 BTU of heating power which is enough to basically heat the whole house it is easy to operate and the instructions are on the side but if you need any help just let me know. The South bedroom also has an electric baseboard heater which has its own thermostat so you can set it at your own temperature. we also have a couple of electric portable heaters for your convenience. It is an older house and as such does not have a lot of electrical outlets available but the ones that are there are very solid. we have placed electrical power strips where it would be convenient. The house now has wireless Wi-Fi and the TV is a 32-in smart TV and the password is on the back of the modem.
