The space This is an entire apartment in an older historic building that is undergoing minor cosmetic renovations. It’s an affordable apartment and not luxury, please don’t expect a Ritz when booking. The cozy living space includes a full-sized kitchen, living room, bedrooms, and a full bathroom. Guest access You will have sole access to the full apartment: a bedroom, bathroom, and living room, and a fully equipped kitchen with a refrigerator and freezer, oven/, electric range, coffee maker, and dishwasher. Coin-operated laundry is available in the building, but not in the apartment. Other things to note Utility Expenses and Seasonal Rates Policy: Please note that the monthly rental fee includes up to $100 in utility expenses as an incentive to conserve energy. However, during the hot summer months, utility costs typically increase due to higher rates set by MLGW. This seasonal change may result in utility expenses exceeding the included $100 limit. Should your utility costs surpass this threshold at any point during your stay, the excess will be billed to you by the management office, based on the actual utility usage over the included limit. Due to the age of the building (over 100 years old) and the sheer size (over 200 units), you may see occasional pests inside the unit. We perform regular pest control but cannot guarantee that the apartment will be completely pest free.
