Similarly, after checking out of the apartment at 11:00 AM, you are welcome to remain in the common areas of the condominium. INFORMATION FOR GUESTS It is suggested to bring your personal towel for shower and beach use. Pets are not allowed in the condominium facilities. Guests or persons not listed on the provided guest list are not permitted to enter. The Las Velas Condominium has a private beach as well as pools in front of the ocean and in the clubhouse. Each apartment is allocated one umbrella and two beach chairs. At the Clubhouse, you will find: a pool, a restaurant, a TV room, and a game room (ping-pong, foosball, billiard table). Near the entrance to the Nautical Condominiums is the "Reserva" Restaurant and the Repsol gas station. Additionally, there is a minimarket at the condominium entrance with groceries and essential products.
