The space We want you to feel like you are at home when you are coming to stay at The JoCo Cabin, so we provide anything that you could possibly need! This is a great place to do some fishing, kayaking, canoeing or ATV riding! You could host your next family reunion or weekend getaway here! With two smart TV's you will never miss a sports game while on vacation again! Entrance: You will be given your code the day of your arrival for both the gate to get onto the property and also the front door. You may lock the gate behind you if you would like, or just leave it open until you depart. Kitchen/Dining/Living Room: Our kitchen has everything that you would need to cook if you are wanting to! We also provide coffee with our K-Cup coffee maker so you can enjoy a cup of coffee while looking at the wonderful views. If you do need an extra person to stay, we do have a couch that they are more than welcome to sleep on. We also do have an air mattress that they can blow up in the living room if they would like. Bedroom 1 and 2- You will be able to enjoy a good night sleep on our queen mattresses! We also have dressers that you may unpack your suitcase as well. Upstairs Loft- The other two queen beds are up the spiral stairs in the loft area. Outside- You can enjoy the wonderful views from any of of the decks that we have! We also provide a pellet burning grill for you to use during your stay if you decide you would like to grill out. The hot tub can be used year around and we do regular maintenance and cleaning of it so that it is always ready for the next guest! Paddles and balls for the Ping Pong table are provided for you to enjoy. We do have a local accessible boat ramp and you are welcome to park your boat in the driveway as well if needed! A fish fryer is also available for use for our guests. The JoCo Cabin makes you feel like you are far away from everything, but still somewhat close to the places you possibly need! Other things to note This property is located directly on rocky bluffs. Along with these bluffs, there a series of elevated decks, and an interior staircase. All of these are not recommended for small children and renters assume all risk of these hazards.
