Serana is a 21+ boutique wellness retreat on 53 acres near Austin, created for those looking to reset, relax, and reconnect. We ask that all guests are 21+. Stay in luxe cabins or cozy Kampinas and enjoy our sauna, cedar cold plunge, indoor gym, and luxury day lodge with chef’s kitchen and communal lounge. Cool off or unwind by our two saltwater pools, surrounded by wide Texas skies. Just 45 min from Austin, 90 min from Houston, 35 min from Round Top, and 25 min from Smithville & Bastrop. The space A simple, comfortable stay for two: heat/AC, power, lighting, and a memory-foam queen. Step out to your own gravel patio with seating and a gas firepit. A 20-second walk takes you to your dedicated, private room in the outdoor bathhouse (key provided) with a toilet, sink, shower, and changing area. You’ll also have access to our communal spaces across 53 acres: open-air kitchen, dining areas, outdoor gym, yoga deck, pool, trails, and quiet nooks to unwind. NEW FALL 2025: Our Spa House (sauna, cedar cold plunge, relaxation area), premier indoor gym and luxury day lodge / indoor kitchen. Access to the Spa House is exclusively available by separate booking and fee ($109-$129 based on single or double occupancy), with private hour-long sessions for guests to enjoy in complete privacy. A scheduling link will be shared after your reservation is confirmed. Because reservations are shared among guests, availability can vary. We’re happy to check open time slots for your dates — just send us a quick message before booking! This is a reservation for our Kampina #3. We also have 2 additional Kampinas and several luxury cabins with en-suite bathrooms if you’d like extra comforts. Whole-property buyouts are available (sleeps up to 18). GOOD TO KNOW: + Communal property: you’ll share kitchens and common areas with other guests—please clean up after yourself and store food appropriately. + Wi-Fi available in the Day Lodge only. Verizon/AT&T get strong cell service - tether other devices as needed + Outdoor-forward stay: Texas weather can swing, especially in winter. Guest access Guests have access to the communal area and our 53 private acres. There is a loose, mowed loop trail around the property that's about 10-15 minutes and beautiful around sunrise & sunset with a coffee or beverage in hand. Other things to note As of fall 2025, we are a pet-free property. We've made this change out of care for all guests and to help keep our new indoor communal spaces and wellness amenities peaceful and comfortable for everyone. NOTE: all guests must be included in your reservation. Additional visitors (even for the day) are not permitted without prior written approval. A few days before arrival, we will send guests our hand-selected guidebook of things to do and places to eat in the area. Your hosts live onsite! We fully respect guests' privacy and our home is on a separate part of the property from guest areas. You may see us walking around from time to time.
