Living Space: Features brand new wood floors and cozy robes for relaxing after a day of exploring. Kitchen: A fully updated and equipped kitchen with a new stove, refrigerator, and dishwasher. Coffee & Tea: Start your day right with an in-home Keurig and a French press. Connectivity: Stay connected with complimentary Wi-Fi throughout the home. Guest access Guests will enjoy complete and private access to the entire main house. Your stay includes exclusive use of extensive outdoor spaces designed for privacy and relaxation. Private Entrance: The home has its own separate entrance, ensuring your privacy. Ocean-View Patio: A private, fully enclosed patio on the west side of the home with beautiful ocean views. Hot Tub Patio: A second private, fully enclosed patio on the east side featuring a brand new hot tub for your exclusive use. Fire Pit: A new fire pit is available for cozy evenings under the stars. Other things to note A few important details for your stay: Attached Guest Home: Please be aware that this main house is connected to a separate, occupied guest home by a five-foot section of wall. Your space is completely private with its own separate entrance, and you have exclusive use of the two decks, patios, and hot tub. EV Charging: Electric vehicle charging is available on-site for an additional fee of $25. Please let us know in advance if you require this service. Fire Pit: You are welcome to use the fire pit. Please bring your own firewood to enjoy it. Dog friendly- Please note that we do charge $25 a day per pet up to 3 pets.
