Lovely 70's ranch house that is a 5-10 min walk to downtown White Salmon. A big family room and dining area for relaxing. The backyard is private, fully fenced, (for dogs) big trees with shade , and amazing views. The space My house is on a 1/3 acre just at the edge of town, so the backyard is big and very private, with gorgeous views of the beautiful hills and Bourdoin mountain (aka Hospital Hill). The family / dining room are large with lots of space, the kitchen is fully equipped. Theres a grill on the back deck, and Apple TV with many streaming options. The gas fireplace makes the family room super cozy in the winter months. Getting to the Hood River Event site for wind sports is a 10-15 minute drive, and Post Canyon is also 15 minutes away if your a mountain biker. There is an desk, extra monitor, and 400+ Mbs internet if you need to work. There is a studio building in the backyard that I might be staying in, I would let you know if I'll be there with Oscar & Maple my 2 dogs. We take our guests lead on how much you would or would not like to interact. Guest access The whole house is yours, 1 bedroom, 1 bath, big family room, and huge fenced yard. With longer stays, or ski season, if requested in advance, I can offer access to the washer and dryer. Other things to note - Pet Fee: There is a $40 per dog cleaning fee. If it doesn’t pop-up as part of your booking, I will request it after confirmed reservation. - I might be staying in the ADU in the backyard, I interact with my guests as much or as little as they want. - Parking : There is a carport with room for one car, the carport fits vehicles up to 9 feet. There is additional street parking if your rig is really tall.
