Our spacious home on beach resort has 4 separate bedrooms/3 bath and is front line 100 m to the beach. Our open plan living room and kitchen has sliding doors to the large front terrace with sea view, outdoor dining and lounge furniture. Hotel facilities include 3 communal pools, indoor heated pool, new Bali SPA, luxury Gym, 2 restaurants, beach, mini golf, volleyball, Surf School and Water Sports Rentals, tons of children's facilities, car rental and full management concierge services. The space The property has hard wood floors throughout, and a light airy feeling with comfortable decor. Each bedroom has wardrobes fitted, all have AC units, all linens included and ready to host you. Master bedroom opens to the front terrace with sea views and has a king sized bed. There are walk in wardrobes, and a lovely complete ensuite with a shower. The second bedroom has two large twin size beds, set up with pillows to act as a lounge room perfect for teens! There is a TV and wifi in this room, as well as an ensuite bathroom with full bath, and washing machine. The 3rd bedroom consists of a comfy double bed. Finally the fourth bedroom has a lovely shaker style built in bed / wardrobe. These two bedrooms have access to the third bathroom with full shower and door separates this wing of the property from the living room, adding to privacy for each guest. The main central area of the home includes a large open plan kitchen and living room. The kitchen has a 6 persons table built in, and a full kitchen with all major appliances and cooking utensils. The living room has a large comfy L shaped sofa and a TV console, as well as all sliding doors to the large terrace and sea views. Finally we also live outdoors. The enclosed fence terrace is great for children. We have full lounge set and dining set. And you are just steps to the boulevard and beach. At the end of the day, enjoy a spectacular sunset on this terrace, take a walk along the sea, or pop over to the Beach Bar or restaurant for an amazing evening.
