The space The house has been completely restored (taking care of every detail).Its original concept as well as its original elements have been retained (rustic furniture, household items, tools, fireplace) and has everything necessary for a comfortable stay for six adults and two children (wi- fi,TV,AC,fully equipped kitchen with accompanying appliances). 0n the ground floor there is a living room with a sofa that can be used as a bed, stone firepIace,dining table, kitchen and a bathroom with a shower and a washing machine.0n the floor there are two bedrooms with double beds and extra beds for children and an additional bathroom with shower. Guest access Guests have at their disposal 2 covered terraces with an additional summer kitchen with a stone grill and stove,pooI for adults and small pool for children with artificial waterfall.Large fenced yard with grass,fIowers, playground for children, swings and deckchairs for sunbathing it is ideal for rest and enjoyment of families with children. Pools used only by house guests are available from May to October (depending on weather conditions).The yard has an orchard and a garden that are also available to guests. Other things to note The house is 600 meters above sea level, surrounded by untouched nature with a wonderful view of the sea and mountains. For guests with an adventurous spirit, there are mountain trails that lead to the top of the mountains Lisinj and Rumija, from which you can enjoy a view of the entire coast of Montenegro. A new paved road leads to the house , which is steep and narrow in some places, requiring careful driving. There are two roads to the house from the direction of Stari Bar,6 km long and from the direction of Dobra Voda,where the nearest restaurants and shops are 3 km away.The nearest beach is Veliki Pijesak and it is 5 km away.
