Beach memories are the Best memories! Our newly listed home is ready for your next family vacation. Right across the street from the best part of Long Sands Beach. Beautiful views of the ocean and Boone Island lighthouse. Walk across to the beach and to several restaurants and some great ice cream spots and the local General Store! A short drive to The Nubble Light, Short Sands Beach, downtown shops and York’s Wild Animal Kingdom and Mount Agamenticus! The space Single family home with a separate Airbnb room in the back. You will have access to the whole house (3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms) and 2 decks to enjoy the gorgeous ocean view. Parking is strictly limited to 2 cars. The 3rd parking space in front of the garage is for our separate Airbnb room out back. Guest access Whole house. Parking out front strictly limited to 2 cars. Other things to note You will have access to the whole house but please note that we do have an additional Airbnb room out back. They will park in front directly in front of garage door. You will be allowed no more than 2 vehicles. Also our cleaning crew has access to the garage to obtain supplies, laundry etc. so you may hear them entering by the garage door opening. We ask that you also be respectful of our other Airbnb guests and follow the rules for parking and keep the noise level down after hours.
