Perfect for relaxing after a tiring day. Quiet area with supermarkets, shops, bars and restaurants. The apartment has a private entrance and small garden with BBQ. It is ideal for two people but can accommodate up to 5. The Vatican can be reached in about 20 minutes by bus 32 and metro (Vigna Clara station), the historic center in about 40 by bus 223 and C4. The place is close to Ponte Milvio, Stadio Olimpico, Foro Italico, Auditorium Parco della Musica and MAXXI museum. The space You will like staying in my house because it is in a quiet area and at the same time close to Ponte Milvio (non-tourist nightlife area). The neighborhood offers cafes and stores of all kinds, supermarkets and restaurants. You will sleep peacefully at night instead of tossing and turning in bed due to the noise and shouting under the windows that you might find in the historic center. You can easily reach the Vatican by bus 32 or metro (stazione Vigna Clara) or the historic center by bus 223 or C4. Outdoor you will have your own small private backward and you can draw a curtain over the patio for more privacy. The internal space is perfectly organized in order to guarantee all comforts and includes a bathroom with shower and washing machine, a fully equipped kitchen and a loft that makes the apartment unique. The total height of the ceiling is 3.5 m. The loft includes a living room with a double sofa bed under the mezzanine (ceiling height 2 m) and a double bed on the mezzanine (height 1.5 m). You can store your luggage in a comfortable walk-in closet with a dryer. You will have free Wi-Fi and a 65-inch TV with Apple TV, Prime video, YouTube, RAI Play and other platforms. HDMI cable is available to connect your laptop to the TV. The house is equipped with a fire extinguisher and gas detector in compliance with current safety regulations.
