A kitchen with fridge, stove and oven invites you. 2 sofas, an armchair and a pellet stove ensure a cozy time together. This place does not want any big parties. It is a quiet residential area. Quiet hours should/must be respected. These would be: 10 PM-8 AM 1:00 pm - 3:00 pm The space A small, not entirely modern eat-in kitchen invites you to a cozy get-together. While resting comfortably on the sofa, you can have a nice conversation with the person who is cooking. A pellet stove provides cozy warmth. Upstairs, children can tell stories in the evening. Parents can review the day in the bedroom. I would ask you to note that the furnishings do not correspond to the high standard.
