(up to 4 people) This village is a countryside with trees and forests, and there are mountains⛰ and rivers🌊 in the front view. You can take a walk along the river and rural village outside the property. There is 1 restaurant within walking distance. When visiting the city center/hypermarket, you need to use a car for about 3-10 minutes. There is an induction stove and a kitchen inside the property, so you can cook. If you go up the ladder, there is an attic, so you can enjoy a large space. There 🔥is a warm indoor fireplace, so you can prepare potatoes and sweet potatoes in winter (October-March). Please tell us in advance by message. (Fireplace preparation and firewood fee per day: 60,000 KRW) There is a lawn, wooden chairs, and outdoor tables so you can play or eat outdoors. [Noise and parking] -Neighbors live nearby. Please do not disturb the neighbors with noise after 10pm. -When your reservation is confirmed, please park only in the three parking lots listed in the 'Information for guests'. Do not park your car in the parking lot of a nearby restaurant (Yaksan Black Goat Garden). Please note that when a resident who runs a restaurant complains or receives a complaint, the responsibility lies with the guest. [Fire prevention] -The entire house is made of wood (Finnish Kota), so it is vulnerable to fire. Smoking, indoor barbecue, and scented candles are prohibited in the room. Violations will be subject to a penalty of ₩100,000. - Gas burners cannot be used inside the room. We recommend using induction in the kitchen. -For the safety of wooden houses, if you use a gas burner or barbecue inside the room, you will be asked to leave. -There are no separate tools for outdoor barbecue.
