It’s 12 stairs to get to this floor and it is separated from the upper floor. This floor features a large outdoor deck, 1 King bedroom, 3 single beds,& a floor mattress. The second floor has 2 bedrooms with king beds, 2 bathrooms, closets, & dressers . Views of bay for both bedrooms. This floor has a full kitchen (full refrigerator) with mini beverage fridge and ice machine. The living room is located here with an open loft (third floor) that has a queen bed (with trundle) & 2 single beds. Kayak and swim right off sea wall. you do have gulf access through the public beach access that is approximately .25 miles away. An 8 minute walk This home has steps and stairs throughout home. It’s 12 steps to the first floor bunk room and an additional 20 steps to the main living area. There is also a stair case to get to the loft.
