Welcome to our beautiful family home. As you enter the front door, you'll be greeted by a beautiful staircase and vaulted ceiling that will catch your attention. It gives the "Wow" factor. The house is quiet with a clean and clear open floorplan. It's an beautiful open canvas - you'll see what I mean as you enter the house 0:) The space PLEASE NOTE: This home is in a residential neighborhood. Outside noise disturbances of any type are not allowed in this home. Maximum occupancy is 1 guest only please. If you are looking for a private room for 2 guests or visitors, this is not the home for you. If you are looking to make loud noises, play music outside at anytime, or do anything that could disturb a neighbor, this is not the right home for you. Beautiful home. The private room and bath is perfect for the single guest/traveler. Everyone in the neighborhood and house are respectful, quiet and keep to themselves, so we hope you'll enjoy your peaceful stay. Enjoy more privacy and cleanliness with your own ensuite private bathroom! The private bathroom and bedroom is beautifully remodeled with recessed lighting, crown molding, wood shutters, new windows, clean paint, clean carpet, new shower and flooring with stone tile and vanity top, and glass shower door. The house and neighborhood are peaceful and quiet. In consideration for the neighbors and other households, I kindly ask all guests to please be respectful, considerate, and mindful of the noise level. Quiet Hours: 10pm - 7:30am Please do not disturb the neighbors: NO LOUD talking, music, noises, outside congregation, excessive drinking, or smoking outside. It's really important to keep the neighbors and guests happy in a peaceful and quiet neighborhood. Any noise level violation will result in an immediate cancellation with no refunds.
