Sandilands Sutton on Sea is a 3 minute walk to beautiful sandy beaches. Corner sofa & coffee table & super safe private area Sandpit Buckets/spades/windbreak We are in a very quiet location.or walkers and dog walkers The space We are a non smoking property If you smoke in the garden 🪴 please remove any cigarette nubs. Please put all outside cushions back in the storage and make sure the parasol is down as the wind off the sea can whip everything around the garden. This is much appreciated. Please put the heavy stone on the sandpit after use if windy and rainy. Keeps the sand dry for little ones. Many thanks Guest access All inclusive access We have access down the drive and through the gate with a ramp in the conservatory. Then into the lounge for wheelchair access and limited mobility. Other things to note We are looking forward to welcoming you to our lovely holiday home soon.  We have welcome tea/coffee for you.  We also supply salt pepper vinegar oil. Tomato ketchup brown sauce.  Oil & Vinegar. Toilet roll,  washing machine pods. Dishwasher tablets. Washing up liquid.  We supply all the bedding and towels (towels are not for beach use) hairdryer. Straighteners. games cards and reading books for adults and children.  Outside is a storage box with buckets and spades and a cool box. Some beach games.  Cushions and parasol for the outside table.  A Covered Sandpit for younger children to play in with toys. Everything you need is supplied in the kitchen except your food 😊 if you could fill the dishwasher and put it on just before you leave if you have any pots.  It saves anything sitting smelly in there until I come and clean   For your dog we have dog bowls. A dog bed in the conservatory (can be moved to wherever is best for your pooch). Doggie towels for drying.  The back garden is very secure and I tend to take my dogs through the back gate after I have been on the beach with them. I hose their feet off then use the doggie towels to dry them off.  PLEASE NOTE WE SOMETIMES HAVE WIFI ISSUES BECAUSE OF OUR LOCATION. BUFFERING OF THE TV ETC. WE HAVE BOOSTERS AND THE BEST SIGNAL WE CAN GET. ITS NOT MAJOR BUT DOES HAPPEN. Switch off router and switch back on.
