This extremely unique 200-year old log house offers you an outstanding holiday. The property locates only 15 minutes by car from Jyväskylä. The cottage is on the lower part of the property by a private beach. You can relax by the fireplace, go to sauna or go swimming into the lake. There is a central heating and an additional fireplace, indoor toilet, shower and sauna. Drinking water from tap. During summer you can relax on hammock or by the outdoor fireplace. Bathing/hot tub available. The space Total of 50 m2. Well equipped kitchen with table, and a sofa/dual bed (width 160 cm). Walkthrough bedroom with a sofa/dual bed (width 160 cm). Indoor toilet, sauna (window facing the lake) and shower. Deck on the lakeside. Central heating, cooling and a fireplace for additional heating . Guest access Car will be parked on the top part of the property and there is a gravel road leading to the cottage/beach. Guests stay in the lower part of the property. Other things to note Hot tub / bathing tub May-September: - the use of hut tub is included in the price October-April: - hut tub for an additional price of 120 € for every starting week. The host will fill up the hot tub and pre-heat it if the reservation calendar allows to do so. General hot tub information: - water cleaning tablets are included - The hot tub is filled by the host after 5 pm or the previous day if the reservation calendar allows it - During summer months heating up the water takes approximate 2-4 hours and during winter month approximately 6-8 hours - We use lake water in the hot tub year round. 6 m long Speed boat cruise during June-September: - ask for more details for a scenic daycruiser boat ride
