Detached typical Italian Villa, architecturally built for 4 to 8 people. You can enjoy the Villa with its own swimming pool and wide views over the wine fields here. Your host and winemaker Matteo Piccinini has his vineyards here, and he makes you feel right at home. We have decorated our villa Hotel Chique while retaining the characteristic elements. During the season, you can also go to the public swimming pool, where there is a wonderful happening every day. The space You enter the villa through the living room, next to the kitchen you will find the utility room with fridge and washing machine. On the ground floor, you will then find a bathroom and 2 bedrooms, 1 of which has French doors to the tower terrace. The stairs lead up to the living room, the living room is attached to the tower room with counter bar table (also great breakfast spot) and on 3 sides views over the vineyards and the village. You will also find bedrooms 3 and 4 there along with the second bathroom. Guest access Our villa has always been inhabited by doctors from Milan who had their country house in the hills of the Oltropo Pavese to come and enjoy the view and to unwind. It is not without reason that this area is called "the Tuscany" of the north. By the end of April 2025, our beautiful private swimming pool will be ready. Our villa is located 1098 km from Utrecht and 45 km below Milan, where several airlines fly daily. Within a radius of 1 hour's drive, there are several old Italian cities, but also the Flower Riviera and ski resorts. Around Mornico are beautiful hiking and biking routes that connect the Italian villages and castles of the Oltropo Pavese. Our favorite place in the house is definitely the tower room with the bar table where you can look out over the surroundings on 3 sides through large French windows. You enter the villa in our new modern kitchen, after which you can reach the bathroom and two bedrooms via the hall and the stairs. When you arrive upstairs, you will be face to face with the princess of Sheba. She rules over our living and tower room. The other bathroom and two bedrooms, one with bunk beds, are also on this floor. In the garden, there is a spacious 3-meter table as well as a number of sunbeds and a small seat under the pergola of the tower room. We hope you will enjoy it as much as we do. The village public swimming pool is open during the season (June to August/early September). Half an hour's drive from 2 great outlet shopping centers.
