Dijon center: the Devosge Garden

Ideally located: Between Place Darcy and Place de la République. Our apartment for 1 to 3 people is next to the Godrans tram stop (T1 and T2), which will allow you direct access to the train station and an ideal starting point for beautiful discoveries. A beautiful garden is adjacent to the apartment to rest in the grass in the middle of Dijon. The space Very well maintained, this studio with historic charm and high ceiling is equipped to accommodate up to 2 people and a child if needed. Located on the ground floor, it overlooks the small garden of the condominium that you can enjoy in good weather. This charming studio includes: - Living room with 1 loft bed for 1 person and 1 sofa bed for 2 people (Sheets and duvets provided) - Separate kitchenette with electric cooktop (see photo), microwave, refrigerator, piston coffee machine with coffee, kettle, complete set of dishes. - Bathroom with toilet and shower (shower gels are provided). - An outdoor table with 2 chairs, with a tablecloth available in the accommodation - Welcome pack: One bath towel for each guest, table towels, soaps and shower gels, coffee, a roll of toilet paper, trash bags and other useful staples for your stay - A bicycle is available, with a padlock, helmet and bicycle pump. CAUTION: - NO NESPRESSO MACHINE, WE PREFER AN ENVIRONMENTALLY FRIENDLY PISTON COFFEE MAKER - NO WIFI OR TV, BUT A GOLDEN LOCATION TO ENJOY DIJON - THIS IS A 2-SEATER SOFA BED AND A 1-SEATER MEZZANINE BED Guest access Parking is possible on Rue Devoges or in the underground parking lot: Trémouille Other things to note Note: - This apartment is non-smoking. Please smoke outside the accommodation in the garden and dispose of your butts in your trash. - We're not against late arrivals. On the other hand, for arrivals after 9 p.m., whether reported or not, a surcharge of 10 euros will be requested upon key handover.
