Each bedroom boasts plush beds, soft linens, and ample storage space, ensuring a restful night's sleep. The property includes: - Entire 3 bedroom/2.5 bath home. - Private driveway with parking for 3+ vehicles - Central A/C and heat. Gas fireplace. Back up generator for - Living room- Smart TV, sofa with separate sitting area, beautiful lake views, Sonos Move speaker - Dining room- Table that seats 8, also kitchen bar style seating for 3. - Kitchen- fully loaded with everything you need. Coffee maker with coffee, sugar, creamer, toaster, microwave, blender, pots, pans, plates, silverware, children's plates, and cups, tupperware, dishwasher with pods. - Laundry- washer and dryer, detergent, dryer sheets. - Bedroom #1- king bed, ceiling fan, blankets, sheets, pillows. Pack-n-pay and high chair stored here as well as an extra air mattress. - Bedroom #2- King bed, ceiling fan, Smart TV, blankets, sheets, pillows. - Bedroom #3- Queen bed and Bunk bed- full on bottom and twin on top, with twin trundle underneath. Ceiling fan, blankets, sheets, pillows. - Two Full baths with shampoo, conditioner, body soap, baby soap and hand soap. One with bathtub and one with walk in shower. - Half bath shares space with the laundry room. - Outdoor patio/deck- Dining table for 6. Outdoor lights. Two adirondack chairs with small table. Couch for lounging with table. BBQ grill, propane tank, and grilling utensils. - Beach supplies- beach chairs, kayaks, life jackets, kids fishing rods, beach towels, fire pit (will need to provide your own wood, which is available at the local mini mart) - Private dock - Extras: Bug spray, sun block, flashlights, first aid kit available. Tooth brushes, toothpaste, razors and hair drier available if you forget yours. - For the kids: Pack n play, High chair, kids plates/cups/utensils as well as kid games and some books. Additionally, guests have access to water amenities such as kayaks, lifejackets, and a private dock for swimming or fishing. Our lakefront home is both dog and kid friendly, providing a safe and enjoyable environment for the whole family. In addition to being pet and kid friendly, we want to highlight a few special features of our property. Firstly, please note that this is a non-smoking home.
