The space Home is a 2 bed 2 bath house with an open living and dining space. Free wifi and Netflix are included. An extra air mattress can be added for larger parties. Parking is on premises with room for multiple cars. House includes a washer&dryer. Outdoor patio is covered with pull down screen. Office is connected to the back patio with separate heating/cooling. There are sunshades outside the windows to help keep the office cool if needed. Neighborhood is very quiet and safe, with no thru-traffic. Other things to note Sabino Canyon is a 14 minute drive away and Saguaro National park is 20 minutes. By foot, there is a park in the center of the neighborhood, as well as the Tanque Verde Creek Trail, along the wash. Udall Park features swimming pools, pickelball, bocce, and several more indoor/outdoor amenities. The Northeast side of town is great for those interested in golfing or horseback riding with options for each nearby!
