This cute beach loving apartment features a full kitchen, living room with a sofa sleeper, large walk-in shower in the bathroom, a comfortable queen bedroom, walk out patio, and a garage to park your vehicle. Located in the heart of lakes country, this gem is sure to please for a comfortable stay! The space This apartment and property is NON SMOKING and NO PETS are allowed in the unit or on the property grounds. **It is important that you read Other Details to Note before you book your stay. This unit features a full kitchen with a dishwasher, microwave, stove/oven, and refrigerator. The refrigerator water line and ice maker is not connected to water. There are ice cube trays in freezer for Guests to use. Kitchen features regular coffee, dry creamer, tea, salt, pepper, and oil. There are dish washer detergent packets located under the sink for the dishwasher. There are extra blankets in the bedroom closet, and a set of full size sheets and blankets in closet for use of pull out sofa in living room (sofa becomes a full size bed). If a guest uses the living room sofa to sleep on, please use these the clean sheets and blankets provided and do not sleep directly on couch fabric. Guest access Guests will be given a code to open the lock. The garage door remote will be on the kitchen counter to access the garage. Guests are asked to park in the garage or at the front of the apartment building as to not block residents. Other things to note One item that you should be aware of before you book is that the apartment is located near railroad tracks. The train usually runs two to three times a day (according to other residents, the train does not run during night hours but will run in the early morning hours). The noise from the train may be loud. Ear plugs are provided in the bathroom for those sensitive to noise. Please be aware of these items before you book your stay. There is WiFi TV with the Roku Channel and Roku Live TV. Guests are asked to bring their own passwords for any subscription channels such as Netflix, Hulu, or Disney Plus. No loud noises, loud TV’s or music, guests are asked to be respectful at all times of other guests and full time residents. This is a smoke free apartment building and grounds, see house rules. NO PETS ALLOWED IN UNIT OR ON GROUNDS. Do not bring any pets of any kind, guests who break this rule WILL BE CHARGED A $500 FEE and will be asked to leave with NO REFUND. There are other residents living in the other apartment units, all guests are asked to be respectful of full time residents at all times.
