We sincerely want you and your guests to have a wonderful stay at our Music Cove here on Air BnB. We provide an 88-key professional digital keyboard, as well as an acoustic guitar, along with a Ms Pac-Man 8-game multi-arcade for the kids and adults alike! Our listing includes a full kitchen with granite, and a comfortable bar with additional high-top seating. The living room area has a comfortable 7-piece modular sofa that can also be arranged to provide a queen sized bed with provided queen memory-foam mattress & sheets/pillows. There are two large wall-mounted 65” 4K televisions with home theater sound bars (living room also has a dedicated subwoofer), along with smart-TV Internet app access to YouTube, Netflix, DisneyPlus, Amazon Prime video, Apple TV Plus, and more! Guest access You will have your own private parking pad (maximum 2 cars at any time) with your own private door entrance (no steps). The over 1100 sqft of the Music Cove suite includes a well equipped full sized kitchen, dining room table, high-top bar counter seating, a living with large modular sofa and 65” wall mounted 4K television, a private newly renovated full bath off the master suite, as well as private access to your own clothes washer/dryer machines for your stay and convenience. The master bedroom is very spacious with a large king-sized memory foam mattress, a large closet. The master also has its own wall mounted 65” 4K television, and a faux leather sofa that also folds down to make an additional twin bed (memory foam mattress provided), and a nice table with 2 chairs. The other bedroom is equipped with a large walk-in closet (was formerly a recording studio vocal/overdub booth), along with 2 strong wooden bunk beds. One bunk bed sleeps a twin on top, with a fold-down desk/reading/writing area and chair beneath. The other bunkbed has 2 Twin mattresses (upper and lower). Each bunk bed sleeping area has touch gooseneck reading lights, along with a 4th pull-out mattress underneath the 2 level bunk bed which then can be arranged as a trundle bed. In total, this bedroom sleeps 4 adults (all twin sized mattresses). Adjoining the living room, there is a bathroom with shower, sink and toilet w/exhaust fan-timer switch. We also include shower gell, shampoo and conditioner, along with hair dryer and plenty of towels and additional toilet paper rolls. As mentioned above, there is also a beautiful newly renovated private full master suite bathroom with shower/tub, toilet, sink/vanity, and medicine cabinet/storage. There is also full private clothes washer & dryer (stacked units). Other things to note IMPORTANT: - We are not open to hosting parties nor group meetups due to the potential for noise and no more than 2 cars are permitted. We need to be mindful of our neighbors and protect our reputation and provide a safe and great experience for everyone. - We cater to people from out of town visiting Franklin while traveling, on vacation, or simply needing a short-term place to stay. We’ve also have enjoyed hosting out of town musicians, song writers, and people working on music row album projects in Nashville that needed a private comfortable place to call home in the evenings during their stay. IMPORTANT: - NO parties. This is as per both AirBNB and our own policies. - We only provide parking for two guest vehicles. - No group meetups or other guests permitted onsite beyond the actual number registered through the original reservation with AirBnB (currently max of 7). - Quiet hours are 10pm, and apply also outside as well in respect for our neighbors. - If the quiet hours are not observed, you will be warned, and if necessary will get Air BnB involved.
