Mountains & sea: Apartment with a dream view and pool

In a wonderful panoramic position above the plain of Roussillon, the beautifully located apartment, "Belle Vue" has two bedrooms, one of which can alternatively be used as a work or TV room, a living room with balcony and dream views of the partly snow-covered mountains and a well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher. From the terrace you can also see far into the valley and snow-covered mountains. In just 5 minutes on foot you can reach the large, well-kept communal swimming pool. The space You have the most beautiful view from the balcony or the upper terrace. Over the treetops of the stone and cork oaks, you can look north over the plain of Perpignan to the mountain ranges of the Corbieres and west to the mostly snow-covered local mountain of the Catalans, Mont Canigou, about 60 km away. The terrace is tiled with natural stone and partially covered. Two sun loungers invite you to relax and a teak seating area invites you to dine. The view wanders northwest across the lowlands into the mountain ranges of the Corbières. In the morning, the sun is on the upper terrace or the courtyard from the east. In the midday heat, when the sun is high, the oaks provide shade, in the late afternoon the sun immerses everything in a golden light and in the early evening the color play of the sunset begins over the mountains, which is best enjoyed with an aperitif on the balcony. Apartment The apartment is approx. 55 square meters and has - a large living/dining room with seating area and dining table - a fully equipped kitchen, a bedroom with a comfortable double bed 160 x 200 cm - a second bedroom with a comfortable pull-out bed 80-160 x 200 cm, which can also be used as a study with a small desk. - a bathroom (with sink, shower, and toilet) It is usually suitable for 4 people, but a baby bed can be provided if necessary. The large and bright living/dining room as well as the spacious well-equipped kitchen can be opened with large glass doors to the terrace or balcony and has views over the wide plain of Perpignan. The kitchen is connected by a glass door to the courtyard/terrace and equipped with a fitted kitchen. In addition to a fridge, stove with ceramic stovetop and oven and a sink, it also has a dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker and a washing machine. You will also find extensive cookware in the apartment. This is not a typical narrow furnished vacation home kitchen. You can really cook in this kitchen. And you should. Take advantage of the wide selection of fresh, locally grown food and wonderful Mediterranean spices. Air conditioning The apartment is fully air-conditioned with a modern air-conditioning system based on a heat pump that can also be used to heat in winter in reverse operation. Guest access Swimming pool & tennis court The large swimming pool (about 200 m from the house, 450 m if you take the road) is shared with the residents of the Domaine-des-Alberes. There are wristbands in the house that give you free access. The approx. 200 m² swimming pool has a flat, approx. 80 cm deep area for playing and a 220 m deep area for swimming. It is serviced daily and the water quality is checked. There is also a toilet and a room where you can change. Other things to note BelleVue is located in the Domaine des Alberes on a wooded mountain slope. The path winds up the mountain in serpentines. The house is in a cul-de-sac, so there is no through traffic and it can be parked above the house in a small parking bay reserved for you. Shopping can be done at the foot of the mountain in the small medieval village of Laroque below the fortified castle of Laroque. There is also a small market once a week (Wednesdays), or in the nearby Carrefour supermarket between the towns of Laroque and Brouilla.
