Nestled on 5 acres between the Blue Ridge Mountains and the Banks of the Shenandoah River, Blue Banks Lodge is the perfect escape for your family and friends! The lodge borders the GW National Forest and is steps from Shenandoah River Outfitters for rafting and kayaking. Jump in the hot tub, play horse-shoes, or sit around the fire pit and watch the stars at night! Close to hunting, fishing, skiing, hiking and mountain biking. 15 min to Luray Caverns and 35 min to Shenandoah National Park! The lodge has a stocked kitchen, a hottub and a walkout basement with a TV lounge area, darts, foosball, corn hole, horse shoes and an outdoor hammock. The Habron Gap Trail is less than one mile from Blue Banks Lodge and offers some of the best views in the Shenandoah Valley. The trail is across the street from the Fosters Boat Ramp which has plenty of parking. 45 minutes to Massanutten Resort and 50 minutes to Bryce resort for skiing and biking! Blue Banks Lodge borders endless acres of George Washington National Forest Land right in your back yard! Plenty of parking for up to six cars with two additional covered parking spaces. - There is wi-fi at Blue Banks Lodge! It is satellite wifi so it can be slow at times with multiple devices. - Fort Liscomb road is private property before and after the entrance to the cabin. - Please help us be considerate neighbors and stay only in areas that are part of Blue Banks Lodge Property. There is NO river access further down the road from the lodge. However, there is a trail across the driveway that connects to the Shenandoah River Outfitters and leads to the river. - If the trash becomes full, the Shenandoah River Outfitters next door has a dump site for our guests to use on their way out (we don't have a scheduled trash service). - There are no firearms or fireworks allowed on the property. - We do Hot tub cleaning every 1st and 3rd Wednesday of the month so do not be alarmed if the technicians come by to clean the tub! - A portion of the profit from your stay will go to the poor and mentally ill people in Jamaica, Haiti, the Philippines, Kenya, India, Uganda and Indonesia through a non profit program.
