Located in the countryside and quiet, between land & sea, close to beaches, we welcome you in an authentic and carefully restored setting: a typical house of the Pays du Trégor, 100 m² for 6 people, all comforts, with private courtyard with flowers. Ideally less than 1 km from the GR34 and on the edge of the Vélomaritime, on the heights of Pointe de Runglaz, 4 min. drive to the beaches and 6 min. to the shops. On site, equestrian accommodation with 650 m² arena, stable and 2 boxes. The space - on the ground floor: 1 spacious living room with living-dining room (small sea view) equipped with a wood stove (wood provided in winter); open equipped kitchen; bathroom with walk-in shower, electric towel dryer and toilet; and 1 bedroom of 10 m² equipped with a 'King Size' bed of 180*200. - upstairs: 1 TV lounge on a 20 m² mezzanine; 1 bathroom with bathtub, heated towel rail and toilet; 1 bedroom of 10 m² equipped with a 180*200 king size bed (separable into 2 90*200 beds); 1 bedroom of 20 m² (sea view) equipped with a 180*200 king size bed. No smoking inside. - outside: private flowery courtyard with teak garden furniture, parasol and sun loungers. Barbecue with accessories. - Free internet and Wi-Fi shared between the 2 cottages. - Cleaning not included, to be done by yourself on the day of your departure. - Bed linen provided (in percale cotton) + bathroom floor mat. Beds made on arrival. Bath towels not provided. Not included, but possibility on request: - access to the dryer (€2/20 minutes); - towel-shower rental: €5/pers.; - cleaning fee in +: €80. Other things to note By booking the second rental cottage (the farmhouse for 3/4 people, see our second listing), the house can also be rented as a "group cottage", for large families on vacation, family reunions (weddings, family gatherings, etc.), the organization of workshops or themed courses... In this case, total capacity possible up to 10 people accommodated.
