You’ll watch cattle, chickens, big open skies, gorgeous sunsets. You can visit rodeos,art galleries, lakes, breweries,wineries. Welcome to our open space home while we're gone! The space Minken Ranch is a 23 acre property in the center of 75 contiguous acres, and home to 70 plus head of cattle. Minken Ranch is also our home, and we’re delighted you can use it when we’re gone. It’s uncluttered, but has a better feel than corporate properties. The whole house has lots of special touches. There are 3 private bedrooms plus a bunk bed room with bunk beds and a queen Murphy bed which creates a 4th private room if you're not using the bunk beds. Before you run your listing math, we want you to know that up to 6 people can stay for the same price. We believe in diversity and inclusion, and welcome all guests. The house is furnished with a mid-century feel, but is fitted like a 21st century home. The new swimming pool and spa have a saltwater system. The house is equipped with a solar system and an EV charger. The WiFi is Spectrum, and it's fast. You'll have 2 workspaces with desks and office chairs. + The kitchen is fully equipped with everything to cook and bake. There's a Weber gas grill and a wood burning grill outside. + There are 4 bedrooms, 3 private for couples, 3 baths. + There's a bunk bed room which can be be a private office. a kid's space, or sleep another couple in the queen Murphy bed. + There are three smart TVs with HBO Max, Netflix, Amazon Prime, Disney+, Paramount, Apple TV, YouTube Premium and local TV. + There’s a big / cozy living room with a 65” TV, fireplace and room for everyone to sit. + There’s an office / workout room overlooking the pool, with doors which close for meetings. + For winter there are 2 fireplaces; a romantic fireplace in the living room and a practical stove fireplace in the kitchen. There's wood for your use. + You're can easily heat the hot tub for the times you choose. It's lovely on cold days / nights, or any time. + The pool is amazing in summer, and you'll love lounging. + If you have small children or babies, we have some great toys for toddlers, plus a crib and a high chair which will be brought out on your request. Our grandkids love them, so we think you'll like them too. Babies and toddlers (under 2) are free, please just let us know they're there. Please be aware the pool doesn't have a fence, so this is not a safe space for toddlers and small children who can open doors but don't know how to swim. Only registered guests (the number of guests on your booking) are allowed to use the house, pool and facilities, because of Airbnb's no party policy and simply smart ownership. Outdoors we do ask you to keep the music down after 11pm, because, although you have privacy, our neighbors are early rising ranchers and sound travels up to half a mile. Our in-law lives a short drive down the road, and will help if you have any questions during your stay. There is an excellent cleaning service you can use for longer stays. Please note: it's the country. This means there are bugs sometimes. We constantly fight them in the house and yard for all of us, but some sneak by. Minken Ranch is perfect for multiple families with children, friends going to Canton, or for remote work and small company retreats. You can hang out in the pool and spa, or stream Netflix, Prime, Max, Disney, Apple+, and few more. The kitchen is fully equipped because this is a home, not just an Airbnb property. There's a dedicated office with a desk and office chair, plus chairs for meetings and workout equipment for taking breaks. There's a built in desk with an office chair and additional chairs in the bunk bed room. If you're only using the 3 main bedrooms, you have this room to yourself as a dedicated office. The blue bedroom has a laptop table on wheels you can use in any room. All rooms have usb ports for charging devices, and ample electric plugs. We love working remotely out of Minken Ranch, and or course having our family and friends stay, so we hope you do too!
