There is outside dining space on the terrace. Situated on the Essex/Suffolk borders between Clare and Haverhill with Cambridge 35 minutes drive and Bury St Edmunds 40 minutes. Perfect for exploring the Suffolk countryside, quiet working space, or a weekend break. Dogs welcome on request. The space Bedroom is large as is the sitting room with bifold doors opening on to the terrace. The kitchen is fully equipped with oven, hob, microwave, nespresso coffee maker and a washing machine. Guest access The terrace is large with table and chairs and sun loungers provided in the summer months. For guests with dogs the garden is enclosed but beyond the terrace extends in to our private garden so we ask for dogs to be kept under control. There is a paddock with gate access for your use. Other things to note We would be grateful if guests could read and familiarise themselves with the house rules when they arrive. Please note that there are no Freeview channels available on the TV. It is a Smart TV and has Netflix and Amazon Prime installed for your use with your accounts. The news etc can be watched on BBC Iplayer and ITVx is also available.
