Guest access Little Luxe Richmond has its own street access, so you can come and go privately. Check-in is automated and a unique self check-in code will be provided before your arrival. Only one set of keys will be provided. PARKING On-street parking for 1 car is available, permit supplied upon request. Other things to note The home is on a residential street on Richmond Hill near the MCG and only metres from the Rowena Corner Store (a buzzing cafe and eatery). This is urban living at its best, with all the amenities that go with it. The master bedroom is located at the front of the property and has had laminated hush-glass and plantation shutters installed to control both light and street noise. It is generally quiet at night, however if you like a sleep-in in the morning you might hear local street sounds and general cafe buzz. LONG STAYS All 28+ night stays must have at least one mid-stay cleaning service a month at an additional cost. This allows for our team to periodically clean, maintain, and inspect the property. This is non-negotiable. If you are booking for a longer stay you will need to water the courtyard plants. This will only take a couple of minutes every few days, but we love our garden and hope that you will too.
