Our quarter acre property is fully fenced and includes two separate houses. Each home has a separate, private entrance and separate private outdoor patios. Our semi private dead end street offers privacy and peace. Walking distance from downtown, old-town Sherwood, there is much to enjoy just a few blocks away. Both homes share the same quarter acre fenced yard. Dogs are welcome but must be on a leash when in the yard area. Guest access You will have access to the entire house and yard. There is another house on this quarter acre property. But they are independent of each-other.
