The stylish, newly furnished 2-room apartment offers absolute privacy and an ideal residential area to explore the Lake Constance area. The apartment is located in the last building on the Swiss side and the Constance pedestrian zone is thus within a few steps. In the basement you can safely park your bike and a parking space is also available. Kreuzlingen Central Station is a 5-minute walk away. The space Stylish, new and freshly furnished rooms. In the apartment there is 1 bedroom with a double bed and in the living room a sofa bed that is suitable for 1 person. A cozy dining table invites you to linger and it also has a small balcony. There is 1 private parking space for our two Airbnb apartments. Please contact us asap if you would like to rent it. Most of the time it works, and otherwise we will surely find a good solution. Parking fee: 120 CHF/month or 60 CHF/week. Paid on site. You can wash your clothes for free in the laundry room in the basement. Remember: In Switzerland there is a weekly laundry day for each apartment, so you cannot wash at any time.
