The space 🏰 The house is spread across three levels: - Ground floor: Cozy and cool living area with half bathroom. - First floor: double bedroom and shared bathroom. - Second floor: large suite with double bed, relaxation area and kitchenette. Each room reflects the authentic spirit of the medieval village and Sardinian tradition, with thoughtful furnishings and natural materials. Modern ❄️ comfort in a historical setting: - Dyson Pure Cool air purifiers/refreshers in both rooms - Samsung air conditioning 12,000 BTU and ceiling fan in the upper suite - Wi-Fi, equipped kitchen, quality linen, courtesy kit and everything you need to feel at home! Guest access Guests will have access to all areas of the house. Other things to note The house will be rented entirely to a single family, friends or couples.
