The space The apartment is located on the ground floor of a villa composed of two holiday homes. It is an ideal solution for those seeking comfortable spaces, independence, and direct contact with the outdoors. It can accommodate up to 5 guests, and a crib for children aged 0 to 2 can always be added. In October, the stay can be enriched with an authentic experience: the opportunity to watch and take part in the olive harvest and olive oil production, a moment of Italian tradition to be enjoyed with the whole family. Living area The interior spaces are functional and welcoming, designed to offer comfort and simplicity. The living area is a place to relax, share time together, and enjoy a slower pace after a day spent exploring, at the sea, or visiting historic villages. Kitchen The kitchen is spacious and bright, with a table to share leisurely breakfasts or meals together. It is equipped with an induction stove, oven, refrigerator, cookware, dishes, and a coffee machine, designed to make every moment in the kitchen pleasant and social. Bedrooms The bedrooms are designed to accommodate families or small groups, offering comfortable and well-organized spaces. The possibility of adding a crib makes the apartment suitable even for the little ones. Bathroom The bathroom is practical and functional, designed to meet the everyday needs of the stay. Porch and private garden The porch with private garden is at the heart of the Ground Floor experience.
