Prior to arrival, you will receive two access code - one for the gate to enter the community and another to check yourself inside the home. The code will remain valid only during your stay. Free parking is available on the driveway and on the street. Please do not park on grass and near trashcans especially during pick-up days (Monday and Tuesday). This home is more suitable for guests who are traveling with no more than 2 vehicles. Other things to note POOL: Brand new resurfaced pool as of May 2026 to enjoy summer days and nights in. Heating the pool is not included in your stay and requires an additional fee of $50 per night within your stay. We strongly recommend the request to be made upon booking and prior to stay. It takes at least 1 day for the pool heater to reach set temperature.* BBQ GRILL: Free to use. We kindly ask for the grill to be cleaned after each use to prevent grease fires.
