Go out for dinner on Kaag Island or rent a boat to sail! The space The rented space is a renovated semi-detached house. This therefore falls under our house but is accessible via garage and utility room so that you can enter and exit the space privately, which is completely closed. In the utility room, there is only our washing machine and dryer and some storage. This can also be used on request. The space has largely been recently renovated and has a completely new kitchen and new decor. Guest access Completely private is the rented space with bedroom, seat, cupboards, desk and sink. Approximately 25m2 adjacent to a new kitchen and bathroom. Entrance is via the front of our own house through garage and utility room, completely easily accessible and everything on the ground floor. Other things to note The access to the rented space is through our own (shared) utility room. As a result, you may encounter us. The garden is also only shielded with a fence part and therefore further open. It is therefore important to know that we ourselves have a dog, 2 cats and a little guy of almost 2. Of course, we do everything we can to maintain your privacy as our own.
