This spacious 4 bedroom, 2 full bathrooms, 1 powder room, 1 shower next to sauna. The property provides a BBQ, onsite Washer and Dryer. The fully equipped kitchen allows a great space for memorable family meals. This condo has it`s very own Sauna with separate shower. We provide bed linens, towels and toiletries. While staying at this wonderful property you will have access to the seasonal community recreation centre and pool.(see below Pool Rules) The space This is a lodging unit and not a party location however, we do encourage normal celebrations within reason. The area has a number of retirees and young families that live here full time. Please respect their privacy. Loud noise, foul language, outdoor loitering and any illegal activity will not be tolerated and are grounds for immediate eviction without compensation. Guest access Important Update ! The pool and recreation centre re-opening includes the implementation of Covid-19 requirements. Property management policy for pool access allows a maximum of 6 guests per property at any point in time and guests are required to register and book their times for pool use. Guests will have access to the community recreation centre and seasonal pool opening in June (weekends only), July and August (7 days a week) and closes end of August. Other things to note We provide the following : Bedrooms: All bedding, comforters bed sheets, pillows, pillow cases, bath towels. bathroom towels and travel size toiletries. Kitchen: All plates, bowels, dishes, pots, pans, wine glasses, coffee mugs, cutlery, cooking utensils, dishwasher detergent, and dish washing soap. We do not provide any cooking supplies for example: salt, pepper, oils etc... and coffee filters. Laundry Room: We have a washer and dryer set for your use however, we do not provide detergent and dryer sheets.
