🌼 Welcome to our charming newly renovated studio, located just 50 meters from Demoiselles Beach and 2 steps from all amenities. Ideal for a seaside getaway, you can fully enjoy the nearby beaches, water activities and shops. There is a terrace, perfect for enjoying your meals outdoors or just relaxing. It sleeps up to 2 adults and 1 child, offering a cozy and functional setting for your stay The space 🏡 The newly renovated 30 sqm studio is spread over two levels with a slight difference in height between the kitchen and living room (2 steps). Located in a small quiet residence in the Demoiselles district, it is close to the sea. Entry is directly from the outside, offering simple and independent access. The studio includes: 🛏️ A main bed in the living room with a quality wardrobe bed (140x190), equipped with a duvet and two pillows. A secondary bed on a sofa bed, ideal for a child under 12 years old, also provided with duvet and pillow. 📺 A comfortable living room with TV, sofa bed and armchair. 🍴 A fully equipped open kitchen: dishwasher, kettle, Dolce Gusto coffee maker, induction stove, microwave, fridge freezer and toaster. 🚿 Functional bathroom with shower, sink, mirror, toilet and towel dryer. 🌞 An exposed terrace on the street side to enjoy dining outdoors. A cellar available on request, ideal for storing bicycles or beach equipment. The property does not have private parking, but parking on and around the street is free of charge. Important Things to note: • Linens and towels not provided. (Can be rented for an additional €10/person.) • Cleaning must be done prior to departure (necessary supplies are provided). • The accommodation is intended for 2 adults and a child under 12 years old We reserve the right to cancel the reservation if the third person is an adult. 🐶 Pets not allowed. No 🚬 smoking allowed Guest access 🚗 Parking is directly on the street or nearby. Everything is free. Important information: during the summer (July/August) you will have to park your vehicle on a street perpendicular to the beach avenue on the 2 days of the market (Monday and Thursday). The market is located at the foot of the building, and all along the beach avenue. Other things to note 🌞 In summer (July/August), bookings start at a minimum of 7 nights. Ability to book for 3 nights minimum outside summer. Don't hesitate to message me for special requests.
