Less than 10 minutes to Craggy Range Winery and the iconic Red Bridge Cafe. Cook in the well appointed kitchen or eat at one of the many local Havelock North restaurants. Enjoy: wine tours, Ocean beach, concerts, Art Deco festival, FAWK, marathons, fly fishing and more. Swim in the new 16 metre pool from Dec 1st 2025. The space This stand alone cottage is nestled into the Tuki Tuki Valley over looking the river with fabulous views of the mountains, valley and river. There is 1 master bedroom with a wardrobe and a bathroom with a walk in rain head shower. There is a separate open plan living space which has a fully appointed kitchen and oven and full sized fridge with an intimate dining area, living area with comfortable seating and TV and office desk and chair. Outside there is a patio with outdoor furniture to enjoy a meal or drink. There is also a single bed which is able to be made up either in the master bedroom which suits young children or for adult guests in the open plan living area. A porta cot and high chair are also available on request. Please be aware of the $50 per night additional charge for each child or adult- the base charge is for 2 people. The additional charge covers the use of bed or porta cot which requires set up with extra linen and towels. The cottage is normally configured for 2 adult guests. We are also able to add an extra dining chair, outdoor chair and high chair if required. A new 16 metre swimming pool will be available from December 1st 2025. Guest access Guests have the whole cottage, private patio, private parking and cottage garden to themselves. From December 1st 2025 there will be a 16 metre swimming pool available with specific access hours available to guests. Guests receive their own keys and security gate remote control on arrival. Other things to note Hawke's Bay is famous for it's over 200 vineyards, 76 wineries and 36 cellar doors all within easy driving distance from the cottage. The area has some of New Zealand's best restaurants, iconic food events and fresh produce. The cottage is in a rural setting however supermarkets, shops, restaurants and cafes are only 15 minutes away in Havelock North. Guests will need transport during their stay and should not rely on taxi services.
