Adorable one bedroom guesthouse near the beach.

Rest and relax at this unique and tranquil getaway within five minutes walk from East Clacton sandy beaches on the outskirts of Clacton on Sea. A few miles away there are Nature Reserves and places of historical interest. You can enjoy long walks and/or cycling further afield along the seafront. Clacton Pier is about 20 minutes walk away where you’ll also find a good choice of restaurants etc. The cottage has its own private entrance with parking. There are also regular train and bus services. The space There’s a small private, outside area with a table and chairs where you can enjoy a coffee, tea or meal. Guest access The drive has automated gates for added security. You will be able to park on the drive at the front of the property which then gives you direct, private access to the cottage via a side gate. The exterior photographs show measurements of space available for those with pushchairs, wheelchairs etc., as well as showing the step into the guest house. Other things to note There is no washing machine in the guesthouse. I can however, offer a laundry service where items will be separated into colours, carefully washed and dried outside, then returned folded (but not ironed), usually within 24 hours. Cost is per load - £5. (There are also launderettes in Clacton town centre if you prefer).
